Zimbabwe Hunt Packages

This one million acre Conservancy is one of the finest hunting areas in Zimbabwe if not in all of Africa. A little under a million acres that is managed exclusively for wildlife without any human habitation has created an unbelievable big game area totally funded by hunters’ dollars.

With top camps, PHs and infrastructure hunters can expect a hunt of a lifetime. It is one of the finest areas for big maned lion. Hunters will have multiple lions on bait at any one time and can be selective in taking the lion they wish to shoot. With a population of over 5,000 buffalo, hunters will be able to follow fresh tracks on a more or less daily basis and shoot a solid old buffalo. Leopard are abundant and the area is known for big bodied leopard, much larger than ones typically found in most parts of Zimbabwe. Elephant have been reintroduced into this area and a small quota of bulls with small ivory is allowed each year only to keep the numbers in check. Plains game is abundant and some species are so numerous there is no limit on the number one can take on a hunt.

To get there, hunters fly in to Bulawayo and then drive to camp – 4 hours or can charter into camp. There are nine lodges on the property and the most suitable one will be selected based on the main species that you are hunting and also on the size of your party.

• Road transfer from Bulawayo to camp and return $380/person
