Do you need to sell some property??

A good friend of mine bought 333 acres a few years ago. It's located about 1 hour from Atlanta. He split it up into 10 - 12 acre tracts & saved 80 acres with a 9 acre lake for common property.   The common area is actually some of the best deer hunting (bow only)  you can get in this state. The lake is stocked with F-1 Large mouth which are pushing 10 lb now, with 1 lb bream. The common area is primarly a creek bottom sourounded by ridges of huge white oak trees, that have never been cut, incredible property.  All but 4 tracts have sold, during the worst realestate market we have ever had.
